// Why the Warm-up

Networking at the table, not on a badge.

The Warm-up opens the PaytechLatam 2026 season at the table: the 1st edition of the largest gathering of payments, open finance and fintechs in Latin America, on November 18 and 19, at the same Jockey Club.

A month before the stage, the night belongs to the dining room. At Iúlia, the Jockey's landmark restaurant, 400 guests share the terrace overlooking the track, a curated cellar and the club's kitchen on a gala night.

And who sits at the table? Founders and C-levels from PSPs and acquirers, digital wallets, banks and BaaS, open finance and fintechs, alongside investors, regulators and those just arriving in the ecosystem. No slides, no pitch, no audience. The most important conversations of the year, at dinner volume, not auditorium volume.

// The Experience

One night, in the stretch.

No conference agenda, no stage, no badge. The night has three acts. The protagonist is whoever is sitting next to you.

01The arrival · 7:30 PM

Drink in hand, track ahead.

You arrive through the Jockey's Gate 1 and go up to the Iúlia dining room, welcome drink in hand, with the track and the São Paulo skyline through the window. No check-in line, no badge: your name is already at the table. The first hour is for circulating: reconnecting with people you only saw on calls, and meeting in person those you only knew by reputation.

02The table · 8:30 PM

The most important curation isn't on the plate.

A buffet signed by Iúlia, the Jockey's restaurant: stations of starters, meats, fish and pasta, with a curated cellar. But what makes the night worth it is who sits beside you. Every table is arranged one by one: those who operate with those who regulate, those who build with those who invest. BV opens with a short toast, and from there the table is yours. Between courses, one provocation circulates the room: what comes in 2027?

03The conversation continues · 10:00 PM

Where dinner becomes business.

Coffee and digestifs on the terrace, overlooking the finish line. That's when the table's conversation becomes a scheduled follow-up, a partnership drawn up, a deal begun. The night ends where business starts, and continues in November, at PaytechLatam.
